About Sloafbake
Sloafbake is homemade, artisanal sourdough bread, hand mixed by Nini-the baker and Somboon-the starter dough. Our co-creation is a slow-fermenting process over 30+ hrs. which produces bread with a distinctive taste, rich in nutrition and possesses good digestibility. Our main ingredients are flour, water, salt and any other optional ingredients as listed on the product detail.
It takes about 30+ hrs. to make the sourdough. With our home kitchen, we can make a max of 8 loaves per cycle. We will fulfil orders based on the receipt of your payment.
Our bread best before period is: 3 days at room temp, 7 days in the fridge and 1 month in the freezer.
